My sound engineering journey started in Istanbul by setting up microphones for Mor ve Otesi, the famous Turkish rock band, at their symphonic concert in the Hagia Irene church. I’ve been involved in music and sound technologies ever since. After finishing a BSc in Sound Engineering and Production at the University of Salford, I then went on to get my MSc in Sound Design and Audiovisual Practice at the University of Glasgow. Now, as a recent graduate, I am doing freelance sound engineering projects as well as spending time on my personal music and audio projects. I would like to join AMPS to build my professional network, learn from those who have more experience than me, and hopefully be a part of a like-minded creative community.
