For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by sound. As a child, I spent countless hours listening to audio dramas, discovering how sound could stir emotions, create suspense and build entire worlds in the imagination. That passion first drew me to radio, where I gained years of experience in broadcast audio. Over time, my passion drew me towards cinema.
Sound is one of the most powerful tools in storytelling, yet it is often challenging to work with. It is intangible, abstract and sometimes difficult to describe. My role is to help storytellers turn their ideas, visions and emotions into sonic reality. I contribute to a shared storytelling process by setting the mood, shaping scenes and guiding the audience’s attention.
In recent years, I have expanded my expertise to podcasting. I support clients through every stage of production - from pre-production and recording to editing, sound design and final mixing - delivering polished and immersive audio experiences.
More recently, I have begun working in themed entertainment. Following my participation in the NextGen Showcase programme, I completed sound design projects for the Hans Christian Andersen Museum in Odense, Denmark and the German Spy Museum in Berlin.
I strive for work that is creative in vision, detailed in execution and refined in outcome. I am reliable, precise and collaborative. Past clients include the BBC, Google, Amazon Prime Video, Wondery, Audible, ZDF and the German Press Agency.
Outside of work, you will usually find me in a theme park, convincing anyone who will listen that LOST is the greatest TV series ever made, or quietly hoping for a Daft Punk reunion someday.
I am looking to join productions as assistant sound editor.
