AMPS Training Courses

The AMPS Cable Clinic is a four-day course designed to teach people already in the film and TV industry how to make and repair various audio and visual cables. It also incorporates basic health and safety skills with regard to electrical safety on set.

The aim of the course is to equip the participants with skills that they could use when working on a production in the film and TV industry. We also provide an accreditation that could be used on CV’s to help in their pursuit of work in the industry. These skills included soldering, cable preparation and fault finding.
