We are aware that many of our Members are receiving screen credits that can cause confusion, particularly for the various institutions that grant sound awards.
This open letter to Producers requests recognition for, and application of, the more up to date format for Sound screen credits and encourages the use of the suffix AMPS after the name of all Full Members screen credits in the appropriate grades.

The Recommended Standard Sound Package for TV Drama is provided to offer guidance to Production Management personnel. Each Production will have its specific Sound requirements determined by consultation between the Director and Production Sound Mixer. Additional facilities not included in the Standard Package are subject to normal commercial charges. Examples of additional facilities are appended.Thursday, 1st May 2008
