AMPS Supporting Industry Historical Research

Sunday, 19th May 2013

The project is a collection of recordings of the individual histories of men and women whose working lives were as practitioners in the film, television, radio and theatre worlds. These oral archives are stored at the British Film Institute, who arrange access to the recordings, and transcripts where they exist, for research purposes. AMPS contribution to the project is to provide transcriptions of the audio, and audio-visual, recordings of those people who worked in motion picture Sound.
