All members should see that these are the job descriptions used on unit lists and credits.
To help, active AMPS members will be receiving a letter which details all the background, reasons and benefits to be gained from this action, a copy of which should be handed in to the production office. By explaining the reason for standardising job titles and asking them if they will act upon the request, we hope to start a movement towards acceptance of the AMPS approved terms. Fuller details about the use of the letter will be sent with it.
This is a small way in which all members can help elevate the status of sound and also help get further recognition for AMPS. Please do your bit.
