LONDON'S STREETS OF SCIENCE

Members with spare time in London may be interested in obtaining a copy of the free map London City Of Science as announced in the latest issue of SRIS News, published by the Science Reference & Information Service of the British Library.

The map shows where famous scientists, engineers and doctors lived and where science today is being created and made more accessible. It will help users to plan dozens of imaginative ways of spending a day around London, visiting museums and libraries, looking at animals and plants, or attending lectures and talks.

Produced by the Science Reference & Information Service with funding from the Committee on the Public Understanding of Science (COPUS), the map is free on request to Peter Sherwood on Tel: 0171 412 7471 or Fax: 0171 412 7947 or Email: peter.sherwood@bl.uk.
